Analytics

We record first-party, anonymous usage events (pages viewed, searches, clicks). We do not store names, emails or IP addresses with these events. Province and city are attached only when you declared them in your own account. Vendors see aggregated counts only, never who viewed their products.

Enquiries

When you request information, a sample or a promotion, you explicitly consent to share your name, business, email, location and message with that one vendor.

Account and transactional messages are sent as needed to operate your account. Promotional messages such as the quarterly launch announcement or monthly vendor digests are sent only with your express consent, identify Ashton Media, the company behind MAX Interactive Vendor Network | as sender, and include a working unsubscribe link honoured within 10 business days.
